Registrations are open for 2nd Lisbon Microalgae Biotechnology Advanced Course 2016

The LiMBAC 2016 (13-18 November) aims to familiarize participants with advanced concepts of microalgae cultivation paying special attention to scale-up processes, large scale cultivation and downstream processing. The course will take an interdisciplinary approach, presenting lectures covering the whole microalgae value chain as well as lab and pilot plant practical sections where participants will have hands-on experience in culturing microalgae.

This course is intended for MSc, PhD or Post-Docs in the biology, chemistry and biochemical engineering fields.
The course is also intended to new and established industry professionals seeking to deepen their knowledge and network with other stakeholders in the field.

The training will be developed in A4F Experimental Unit and laboratory, with the coordination of A4F Biologists, Engineers, Technicians and Staff.
